Introduction to YieldQuest Select®
YieldQuest Select® is based on four main themes: Performance, Communication, Transparency, and Exclusive Access.
Performance
Our fixed-income and equity strategies seek to add risk adjusted performance, or alpha, over our benchmarks and peers. Our strategies have historically exhibited favorable risk/return metrics – and we seek to continue to perform well for clients. We look forward to taking the time to show you our performance track record in detail.
Communication
Our goal is to provide our YieldQuest Select® partners with the highest level of client communication and service available in the RIA marketplace. We host monthly fixed-income and equity conference calls, where our Sr. Managing Director and Chief Investment Strategist, Jay K. Chitnis, CFA, outlines our views across a variety of markets, and their potential impact on your portfolios. Many of our current clients have commented that these calls may be one of the best in the industry! In addition to our conference calls, our YieldQuest Select® Portal website, available only to YieldQuest Select® firms, offers a wide variety of market-related information, tutorials on our strategies, relevant performance information, and much more! Transparency
We aim to provide our clients with a much more transparent management style than the majority of our competitors, subject to industry regulations. A transparent approach may help you understand the why’s and where-fore’s of our investment decisions to a much greater degree than simply reviewing fund fact sheets or annual reports. We believe due diligence is as much a forward looking exercise as it is backward looking. While most advisors and/or institutions do a good job looking backward, the general lack of transparency in the industry makes it difficult to do any meaningful level of forwarding looking due diligence. YieldQuest Select® seeks to change that.
Exclusive Access
We are only seeking approximately 250 or fewer YieldQuest Select® partnerships. This is only a small fraction of the overall investment advisory community. In doing so, we hope to continue this high level of service our clients have come to expect. Again, we seek to be the best, not the biggest. Only YieldQuest Select® firms have access to our conference calls, the Portal, and are able to purchase YieldQuest Funds.
